TriMetrix™ Job Report allows a company to benchmark a specific job and assess the talents required for maximum performance. The System begins with stakeholders reviewing and agreeing on a list of “key accountabilities” for the targeted job. Then the stakeholders create a consensus from a unique 37-factor analysis of the key talents required to meet the job accountabilities.
As an individual is considered for the specific position, the person processes a Personal Skills Talent Report that is compared to the specific Job Report. Alignment of the key talents reveals potential success in the position.
For hiring, a series of behavioral interviewing questions can be produced for exploring specific key talents of the candidate.
